Wazzy Woo was born from a kitchen hustle in Cork. In 2022 creator Liam O'Leary started supplying cafés around Cork city and county with creative, allergen-friendly bakes. Within a year there was a long list of wholesale customers across Ireland.

In December 2023 the doors opened on the shop in Clonakilty. Since then the space has grown and been expanded, serving cakes, brownies, bars, energy balls, coffee, smoothies and breakfast bowls.

The treats are bold, fun and flavour-forward, and they happen to be vegan and made without gluten. The shop also supplies other cafés, shops and venues across Ireland, and takes custom and celebration cakes with at least 7 days' notice, for collection from the shop.
